About the event
This months Dine! special guest chef is Connor Wallis.
Connor specilises in Turkish & Middle Eastern Street food. It's all about flavours which speak for themselves. Cooking, seasoning & combining them to perfection.
Aubergine w/sumac, date purée
& toasted pine nut
Cured mackerel on toast w/salted onion,
Anchovy butter & tahini
Burnt lemon & Baharat lamb shoulder w/
Freekeh salad, pastilla, green sauce
Pistachio & hibiscus Muhalabieh
In true Connor style, the menu has twists & little surpises hidden in it.
It's going to be one epic feast and we can't wait!
Drink's menus will be sent out once booked on.
The wines chosen have all been paired to go with the menu.
Selection of craft beers, spirits & soft drinks also avaliable.
Please let us know if you'd like to be sat with certain people & we will do our best to accomodate. Part of the feel of this evening is about sharing so you may be sat on a table with other foodie folk.
